“As it is expected culture changes along with technology, and today, the ubiquity of internet technology has re-invented the way we perceive and thus, the way we go about art-making. Using web content and internet technology in contemporary internet art - post-internet art - becomes an organic behaviour within the wider context of internet culture.”
(Christou and Hazas, 2017)
This site is a compilation of projects by Andreia Silva and Francisco André, students from the Master in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon. The goal is to show two different approaches related to the use of appropriation as a way of artistic production. Where the artists use content found online or web tools to produce and compile content to present on their projects.
